More readers shouldn't mean a bigger bill.

Readers are free. You pay for the people who take part, and every plan includes the hosted board, votes, comments, moderation and sign-in with your own accounts.

Questions

What is an active user?
Someone who signs in, suggests, votes or comments in a month. People who only read your board are never counted, and a person who visits ten times is still one active user.
What happens if I go over?
Your board keeps working for everyone. Limits aren't enforced yet. Once they are, we'll email you at 80% and 100% of your plan, and after 30 days over, console settings lock until you upgrade. Scale simply continues at $10 per extra 5,000 active users.
Do readers count?
No. Anonymous reading isn't counted as active use. It's covered by a fair-use policy sized for each plan.
What about search engines?
They're turned away by default. Turn on indexing for any board if you want it in search results.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Every plan, Free included, can export its suggestions, votes and comments at any time.
What does “coming soon” mean?
Free is open now. Features marked coming soon are part of the plan but still being finished, and paid checkout isn't open yet.
